Build · Operate · Compound

Two founders. Six live products. One growth plan.

We build and operate focused, vertical SaaS products — golf, padel, and property-tech — and grow them into self-sustaining, dividend-paying businesses.

We are not optimizing for a moonshot exit. The goal is to build a portfolio of strong, cash-flowing products that compound over decades — and to enjoy the work of building them along the way.

The thesis

  • 01

Ship fast, validate with real users

AI-native tooling means a product reaches real users in weeks, not quarters, at a fraction of normal build cost.

  • 02

Stay narrow: one clear job per product

We only build for a specific, narrow problem belonging to a specific, underserved group of users in markets we know by heart.

  • 03

    Validated before it gets capital

Every product in the portfolio is already live with real users and revenue or usage signal before we put meaningful resources behind it. We do not fund ideas — we scale what has already been proven.

  • 04

More is more, but focus wins

We run every product in the portfolio, but we put our time behind the ones showing the strongest signal. In an AI-native operation, maintaining a portfolio is easier — it lets us double down on winners without starving the rest.

  • 05

Selective exits are part of the plan

An early acquisition of one product is a valid outcome. Proceeds would be reinvested to accelerate the rest of the portfolio, with a portion distributed back to the group as dividends.

  • 06

    Winners fund the next bets

A strong product does not just stand on its own — it becomes internal fuel. Cash and learnings from the winners are reinvested into the most promising ventures, so the portfolio compounds faster than any single product could alone.

Product and marketing across the portfolio

Nils and Karl have spent thousands of hours combined building this portfolio. The products already serve more than 2,000 active users, and a fully automated marketing and onboarding flow built in n8n is ready to be plugged into each new venture. Two founders, one portfolio, working full-time out of Stockholm & Malta.

We build products we understand from experience. Nils is a dedicated golfer who lives the sport. Karl has run multiple padel clubs over the last seven years. Together we have renovated several homes. That first-hand knowledge shapes what we build, for whom, and how.

The ask

Raising

3,000,000 SEK

FOR 33% EQUITY

Why now

Products are live, users are active, and the portfolio is ready to absorb focused full-time effort. Capital converts the momentum the two founders have already built into 12 months of scaled growth.

The target

Combined portfolio turnover of at least 15,000,000 SEK within 24 months, after which the business will be self-sustaining.

What happens after

At that point the portfolio is designed to be self-sustaining — funding its own growth from income, with dividends distributed back to the group.

Allocation of funds

70%

Salaries

Two full-time founder salaries for 12 months — the core of the raise.

20%

Marketing

Paid acquisition and scaling the automated marketing flows we have already built.

10%

Operations

Legal, accounting, software and infrastructure across the group.

The 3,000,000 SEK lands here and is deployed from here.

Funds are deployed across the portfolio to accelerate the products already showing the strongest traction.

Month 0

Raise closes.

Month 12

Both founders full-time, funds deployed across the portfolio.

Month 24

15M SEK combined turnover, self-sustaining.

Economics

~85%

Gross margin

SaaS products carry high gross margins by nature, and AI-assisted delivery keeps cost of delivery low.

Optimized core

2-person

Operating leverage

The portfolio is built to be operated by the two founders with minimal headcount, so revenue growth drops through to the bottom line.

Lean architecture

25–35%

Target EBITDA margin

At 15M SEK turnover, this implies 3.75M–5.25M SEK EBITDA — enough to fund continued growth.

M24 projection

Path to 15M SEK

350 construction firms subscribing to Roomery at €299/mo already generates roughly 15M SEK annually. In Sweden alone there are more than 16,000 construction firms with 4+ employees — our core target. That makes the 24-month target a function of penetration, not fantasy.

Let's do this boys!
